- 04Transfer card from previous school (where applicable)
- 05Proof of Grade R attendance (Grade 1 new learners)
- 06Copy of clinic card of a learner (only Grade R learners)
- 07Proof of residence
- 08Two ID colour photos of the learner (only new learners)
